What Dreamweaver is missing, and this really frustrates me, is that sometimes it's just hard to quickly drill down to a file you need to update or work with in your site.
Dreamweaver NEEDS a 'favorites-like' extension, with several features.
Search/Filter/Frequently Used/Favourites
Basically an additional button in 'Files' with a drop down list in which one of the abover four tools can be selected.
Search for instance... A window pops up with the tool in which the developer can search by typing a string describing the filename of a file in the open site.
The results can then be populated with files sorted in either 'how frequently they were used' or 'when they were last used'.
Further the search could have a filter for file-types, and more. That's the 'Search'
The 'Favourites', once clicked just selects a list of files that the user has chosen earlier and added to 'Favourites'. These could also be sorted alphabetically, or by frequency used, or by when last used.
Basically, once the searched/filtered/favourited file shows up in the list a simple click will get Dreamweaver to drill down to the file in File Explorer and also open it.
Is there such a plugin already?? If so, please let me know! If not, please could someone create such a feature... Please please - Pretty please.
